Travel to the British Virgin Islands and Tortola

The British Virgin Islands are approximately 90 miles due East of Puerto Rico and about a 3 hour flight from Miami. You have a choice of air travel routes to Tortola.

Traveling from the US

All flights into Beef Island, Tortola require a connection in San Juan, Puerto Rico International Airport (SJU) which is a short 35 minute hop to Beef Island International Airport  (EIS) on Tortola BVI.
American Airlines flights into EIS connect on American Eagle commuter flights.
Delta Airlines offers flights to St. Thomas (STT) in the US Virgin Islands.  From the main town, Charlotte Amalie you would catch the ferry to Tortola, which takes approximately 50 minutes and costs $55 round trip.

US Airways now offers direct flights into STT from several US hubs including Philadelphia.

Spirit Airlines http://www.spiritairlines.com offers flights from several US cities into St. Thomas (STT).

Traveling from Europe

You may either route in through Antigua with numerous Airlines, and then into Beef Island Tortola with a local Caribbean Airline or route in through the North to Miami and then to San Juan and American Eagle into Beef Island.
