BVI Bareboat Charters
Spend your Caribbean vacation experiencing the freedom and adventure of sailing the sapphire-blue waters of the British Virgin Islands bareboat chartering a lovely Lagoon 440 catamaran -or for those who prefer monohull sailing, our Jeanneau 40.
A bareboat charter from Rob Swain Sailing School offers you and your friends or family the opportunity to choose your itinerary with the security and convenience of having a pristine Lagoon 440 catamaran ready for you upon your arrival to Tortola. The Lagoon 440 is a perfect match as a bareboat charter vessel -- its centralized helm allows even a reduced crew to easily manage the catamaran in all weather conditions, while the rest of your guests can lounge on the lower deck or interior salon.
For those new to bareboat chartering, the balmy weather of the BVI is an ideal location to start. Anchorage distances are never daunting, with islands always in view and daily sailing averaging about 3 hours. Steady trade winds will keep you at an even keel while the warm weather and panoramic views will remind you how close you are to paradise. Charter with confidence through our experienced team at Rob Swain Sailing School.

IC24
This converted J24 (24') is one of the most popular keelboats for day sailing in the world. The conversion sports a new cockpit much longer and wider than the original, over two hundred pounds were removed from below decks, and an extra bulkhead and keel reinforcements were added to strengthen the hull. The hull, mast, and sail plan are the same. These modifications manifest themselves in a boat that is safe, swift, sturdy and spacious. The sail plan is generous, yet forgiving. This boat goes well in both light and heavier breezes and is easily handled by two people.
Day Sail Rate (10-3): $250
