The new Fontaine Pajot Isla 40 has been exclusively designed to deliver a simply superb experience at sea and while moored. Paire de Jacques offers comfortable, light-filled living spaces and is nicely appointed with all the contemporary conveniences you need for carefree cruising.

This Maestro version has a spacious owner's suite with exclusive ensuite, as well as two guest cabins and an additional head. In the owner’s suite, forward is the bathroom area that features a large shower room with a separate head. Moving aft there's a spacious dressing area with masses of storage and hanging space that leads seamlessly through to an elegant bedroom with a desk/dressing table and an impressive island bed with an aft-facing panoramic window above. On the port side the aft cabin boasts a large walk around island double berth with plenty of storage and hanging lockers. 

 

Outside, the cockpit has an eight-seater dining table and a long settee across the transom, that has been designed for easy entertaining at sea. The popular chaise lounge is across from the table. Additional features include hatches in the sides of the hulls for each cabin, flush deck hatches, a foredeck lounge area and a new fitted trampoline that does not leave any gaps between it and the two hulls. All controls lead back to the control cockpit which is at deck level facilitating a couple easily handling and docking the boat with the helmsman a step away from the deck to help with docking maneuvers. The control cockpit is adjacent to, and open to the main cockpit for easy communication, and passing refreshments to the helmsman. You have 360 degree visibility from the cockpit or inside navigation table! There is a ladder giving access to the cabin roof top, where there is a sundeck area. The boom is low to allow easy tucking in of sails, and to keep the center of effort of the sail-plan low to promote less motion and better sailing efficiency. The fore deck has a comfortable lounge area and trampoline.
